Delivery costs and times
We offer free shipping (for purchases above 100€) to any European country, although any extra costs regarding customs are the client's responsibility to pay. We deliver in 1-2 days in Portugal and Spain and normally take 1 week to deliver in other European countries.
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. (Attention, the email may be in your "promotions" or "spam" box. If you don’t receive an email, please get in touch).

Orders can be cancelled by contacting us through e-mail with your order number. Due to our setup it is not always possible for us to cancel orders, especially if the product has already been shipped. However, if you wish you can always return your blanket under our 100-night guarantee policy.
We accept blanky replacements only within the first 100 days of use. For Portugal and Spain, the first exchange is made without collection or delivery costs. For subsequent exchanges and other countries replacements are subject to these costs. If you want to exchange your blanket, please fill out this form.
Our 100-night money back guarantee
We believe in love on the first night… but we understand that not everyone falls in love so fast and that’s why we give you 99 additional nights so you can fall in love with your blanky. And if it was just not meant to be... We will return your money. While for Portugal and Spain returning your blanky is free, for the rest of Europe you will be asked to pay the shipping cost before the pick-up is scheduled.

1) Our carriers pick the blanky from the address it was delivered to or from the new address you provided.
2) The blanket is inspected by our team in order to access any permanent damage it may have suffered (please note that any products that are not returned in their original package or suffer incorrect usage, such as physical damage or permanent stains, will not be accepted. We donate all returns to institutions, and any damage such as this makes it impossible for us to give the blanket a second life.)
3) If your return is accepted, we will either refund you to the original payment method initially used or send you new blanket (if it’s an exchange).
Our manufacturing warranty
The types of defects covered by our warranty policy are:
Problems with the cover’s zipper;
Physical defects of the blanket which lead to breakages or other problems that are not due to misuse;
Holes or loss of glass grains from the inner blanket caused by improper manufacturing finish.
Our policy does not cover claims arising from improper use of the blanket or of sales made outside our website. In case of doubt, please contact our team so that we can analyse your case.
Once the warranty is activated, we will try as a first approach to repair your blanky, if this is not possible, we will replace it with a new one. In order to activate the warranty, please fill out this form.
