Returns and exchanges
It takes 1 to 2 weeks to get used to a weighted blanket. In the first few nights it’s normal to feel a bit unnatural to use the blanket – this sensation disappears progressively and, after it does, only the advantages of sleeping with a weighted blanket should remain.
During your 100 nights of testing, you may swap your blanket for a lighter or heavier one, just fill out this form with the option “exchange” and indicate the weight you wish to swap for. Our return/exchange process
Fill out the form with the order number, pickup address and preferred pickup day.
Our carriers will pick-up the blanket from your address and without any additional effort for you.
When your blanket arrives at the warehouse, our team will check its condition.
Your new blanky will be sent and/or your money will be refunded.
